TRIP POLICIES AND GENERAL INFORMATION

  • All trips are booked on a first-come-first-served basis with a 50% non refundable deposit due 30 days prior to the trip.

  • Cancellation of trips within reasonable timeframe may allow for deposits to be rolled over to the following year at our discretion.

  • If any party member cancels, their deposit will not be applied to the trip balance.

  • A 3% Forest Service Fee will be added to all trip prices.

  • A 3% charge will be added to all Credit/Debit Transactions.

  • We reserve the right to change your camp location if weather or trail conditions require.

  • Every rider must sign an assumption of risk form before the trip.

  • Helmets will be provided for riders. If you wish to ride without a helmet you must sign our helmet exemption form. Parents/Guardians must sign for persons under 18 years of age.

  • To ensure safety to our riders and horses, our weight limit is 220 lbs. 

  • When riding plan to wear jeans and close-toed shoes.

  • Extra gear will not be permitted on riding horses, with the exception of the riders jacket, water bottle, small trail snacks, and/or camera. Saddle bags will be provided for safe and easy access to these items.

  • Each pack animal can carry up to 120 lbs or the bulk of two large duffle bags or backpacks. Please remember, bulk is just as important as weight. Email or call us if you have questions about how or what to pack.
